Nice alternative to chain eateries. My wife thought their meatloaf was among the best she's ever had. I had a salad. The veggies were very fresh and the dressing tasty.

My Mom and I stopped by to grab a few Lobster Rolls to go. Very few places selling Lobster Rolls in Maine get it right these days. Miss Brunswick Diner has been doing it right for years. The mandatory basic three of a great lobster roll are : fresh picked lobster, lots of it, and a toasted roll. Check!Jane, the owner for 21 years, stands by her bold “(Possibly) The Best Lobster Roll in Maine” Advertising sign out front. We agree. Plus, she includes hot crinkle cut fries and home made Cole slaw. All for $20. Can’t beat that. Didn’t stay for the great atmosphere, but could almost hear my Grandfather and his buddies talking & laughing at the vintage counter stools from way back in the 1950s.You need to go.

Great location and selection of food! Friendly servers. Authentic train car style dining car. CASH ONLY ATM in the dining room. Eat indoors or out. Amazing breakfast menu with generous sized portions. Homemade bread! Amazing food quality. Made my day!

This is a Real Diner. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent & prices reasonable.

Consistency is key! I’ve been coming to the Brunswick diner for years with my family and we have a great time. I love the Billy Holiday scramble and my dad always gets the James Dean. I hear from my brother that the chocolate chip pancakes are great. Today there was a fly but we didn’t mind. Check it out!

It's not very big, but it's a Brunswick landmark. My family has been going to The Brunswick Diner since it opened. 4 generations have enjoyed the great breakfasts. It is often my first 'taste of Maine' when I am back for a visit. Love the lobster rolls!

Turkey club was just okay.... but it is probably much better if you get it on homemade bread. Waitress never offered the homemade bread to me. The turkey was nice thick slices, so that part was excellent.

Step back in time to when everyone knew your name. All the regulars have their own mug waiting. Toss a quarter in the juke box at the table. Yes, that's right and it works!Your order will be in quick and the eating might just be better than mom's home cooking. A landmark.

Wow this was an almost complete disappointment. They only had 1 waitress for the morning breakfast crowd. The coffee tasted like warm water put thru a used coffee filter. The milk was not cold, Tomato juice had gone by. French toast was bland, no cinnamon, and a small portion of maple syrup, not enough to cover everything. Wheat toast was okay with the edges burnt black just like the lady near us whose english muffin was burnt black all over. Home fries seem as though they were bought in the supermarket. The only thing right was the Bacon and Eggs. A waste of $30+ for 2 people. Wont be back again.

You'll be warmly greeted at the door asking if you're having coffee should you come during breakfast (nice personal touch!). I had the Cranberry & Orange pancakes, sausage links and coffee - all of it great. Huge portions and very reasonable prices! This ia a great local gem. I'll be back!

Quick service. Absolutely delicious food! We had the beef stew and clam chowder which were both full of flavor.

Not a huge fan. Took forever to get food. The food was just ok but a bit overpriced IMO. Had to practically beg to get a drink refill. To top it off, I got to the register (because I couldn’t get my server to get me a check) only to find out. Cash only! They do have an ATM... 👎

Great breakfast spot! The special "scramble" was packed with happy flavors. And in case happy isn't enough for you, a nice selection of hot sauces await. Glad I found this place, it's going to become a regular breakfast stop. Be aware, though, it's cash only.

Of the few times we were able to get a seat the food was okay. However today was the third time we have been there and no seats available. We even went about 2:30 thinking lunch rush was over. We looked around decide to try the Fairground Cafe. Not only is the food just as good if not better there is ample seating for everyone. We didn't even have to wait. So save yourself the aggravation of horribly limited seating and go straight to Fairground Cafe. We are done with the Brunswick dinner! Also Fairground Cafe takes all forms of payment. Brunswick dinner is cash only. They have an atm with a $3.50 charge which I can only assume the Brunswick dinner gets some kick back from. Why cash only in a period when I can pay for stuff with my watch?

This is my favorite place to go on a snow day! The reuben is fabulous, warm, gooey, yet crunchy.

Cute dinner! Service is slow sometimes. If this happens to you, take a look around...there is only one waitress. The ladies rock the front of the house...even working alone. I never feel the stress they are carrying from the workload. Food is always consistently great! Try the sausage!!!

This is a classic small diner, reasonably priced, with a working Wurlitzer jukebox system. The food and service are good. There's an outside seating area, weather permitting, and a low cost daily special from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Payment is cash only but they do have an ATM next to the jukebox.

This is an all-time Classic Diner experience. And they have a new girl. Stopped in to meet the lovely Melissa and don't forget to tip heavily

It is one of those places that you need to experience for yourself. Play music from the table side jute boxes and start a conversation with other diners. Service was superior...quick, friendly and timely. And the food...home cooked! Definitely try the bread! This place will not disappoint...unless you don't have the time to savor your blessings.

Easily the best diner in Maine. I had the biscuits and gravy. Amazing. The owner Jane is great and the wait staff was super nice and provided great service. This is the place to stop on your way to vacation land.

Now this is an authentic diner. It was an awesome experience. We had breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, homefries, and toast. It was very good. The sausage was recommended by our waitress so I tried it. It was very good and cooked just the way I like it, crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. Had good texture not like some other sausage I have had that had gristle and other stuff in it.The waitress gave us some good tips on local sites, nice bonus. She was very friendly but not overly so, if you know what I mean. She kept our drinks full the whole time.Only thing to remember here is they only take cash, no cards. However they do have an atm onsite if you do not have enough cash on you.Overall it was a good experience and we would go back again. I fact, the only reason we did not go back was there were too many other places close we wanted to try.
